About me
My work is my passion and a positive drive for every day. It makes me grow with every new challenge and achieve new goals.
Planting something, seeing it grow - and harvesting something. It is fulfilling work.
Happy and satisfied people that I can accompany on their way and be part of the transformation - all of this is what defines my coaching.
My background and starting point
After more than 30 years in the professional life - including approx. 15 years in IT consulting - I started questioning my job and my previous career. Somehow I was lacking the meaning and I wanted to do something with more purpose and impact.
I got to know a lot of different industries as a project and change manager and I accompanied many interesting projects. However, people have always touched me the most.
New journey and beginnings
In 2014 I had the opportunity to switch to human resources. It was there that I first came across leadership development and coaching: this was the beginning of an exciting journey to myself.
I completed my Co-active®Coaching training in 2015, which is accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I am also registered as a member there.
After I lost my job due to a restructuring, I deepened my knowledge with various other training courses.
I visited the Tony Robbins Leadership Academy in the USA and, based on Co-active®, acquired the license as a Firework Career Coach.
My vision and offerings
Since then I have been advising and coaching people in change processes, helping them to discover their potential so that they can achieve their peak performance and achieve their development goals. Coaching supports you in empowering you so that you can master your challenges more independently and effectively. As a coach, I am building bridges for my clients between the current state and the desirable state with regard to the defined goals, wishes and real needs, regardless of whether the latter come from private or professional life.
Due to my own, unconventional journey, I would like to inspire and motivate others to rediscover their own value system and personality.
Co-active coaching supports i.e. in professional realignment, promoting resilience and enabling sustainable transformation in leadership development.

As a career coach, I can offer you - along with my extensive (industry) experience - very good knowledge of the Swiss labor market and a motivational and structured approach.
In addition, I am characterized by my strong empathy as well as my openness and interest in people.
