I’m a leadership and career transition coach with a passion for helping women reclaim their power during times of change.
With over 35 years of experience across diverse industries and an unconventional career path, I’ve learned one essential truth: lasting transformation begins on the inside. My career has been defined by fearless reinvention – from starting as a receptionist in a software company to becoming a software consultant, then breaking into the highly regulated pharma industry, and later making a complete shift from IT into HR leadership. Each move was fueled not by formal credentials, but by dedication, curiosity, and the drive to succeed in unfamiliar territory.
Since 2015, I’ve been guiding professionals through deep change – from rebuilding after job loss to stepping into bold new leadership roles. My approach blends Positive Intelligence® mental fitness coaching, mindset work, and strategic career guidance, backed by training from the Tony Robbins Leadership Academy, Firework Career Coaching, and neuroscience-based methods.
I know the challenges of reinvention first-hand. Having navigated profound personal loss, financial hardship, a complete career change, and relocation to a new country without a network, I understand the resilience it takes to succeed. Today, I’m a trusted voice in Switzerland, helping C-level and senior female leaders in transition gain clarity, confidence, and tangible results – ready to lead their next chapter with impact.

Nearly a decade ago, I embarked on my own career transition, a journey that challenged me in unexpected ways.
Despite my optimistic nature, I faced surprising bouts of negative self-talk and doubt. Initially daunting, my experience in an outplacement program became the catalyst for my transformation, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in both my personal and professional life. This pivotal moment ignited my passion for coaching, a path I hadn't envisioned before.
